Legislation

In the Letter to the House of Representatives (in Dutch)on increasing information security, assurances are given that there will be an investigation to see if and how a more general information security policy should be embedded in the next instalment of the forthcoming Digital Government Act (Wet Digitale Overheid or WDO in Dutch). This will give a legal basis to, amongst other things, the aforementioned Government Information Baseline, or BIO.
