AI Act Service Desk to assist organisations with AI regulations

AI (Artificial Intelligence) 24 November 2025

The European Union has introduced the AI Act Service Desk, a tool designed to help organisations comply with the European AI Act. It offers governments, companies, and other stakeholders clear explanations and practical support.

Central Location

The AI Act sets out rules for the use of artificial intelligence. These rules aim to ensure the safety, transparency and responsible use of AI across Europe. The Act is complex, however, which is why a central location has now been established where everyone can ask questions.

Digital knowledge hub

The AI Act Service Desk provides reliable and up-to-date information. Here, users will find an explanation of their obligations and responsibilities. The data is accessible and straightforward, allowing you to understand your position quickly.

The related platform is a digital knowledge hub featuring frequently asked questions, explanations, and tools. These include a compliance checker and a dedicated space to ask experts questions about the AI Act. These tools assist organisations in correctly applying the rules.

For all organisations working with AI

The AI Act Service Desk is accessible to all those working with AI, whether you are a local authority, a tech company, or a healthcare organisation. The platform helps you understand and implement the rules.

With this service, the European Union aims to promote the responsible use of AI. The AI Act represents a vital step towards safe and equitable technology. The Service Desk facilitates this step for all involved parties.
