How do the Algorithm Framework and the Algorithm Register work in practice, and what could be improved? The Auditdienst Rijk (ADR) investigated these questions on behalf of the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. The 2 research reports are now available.
The research shows, among other things, that the Algorithm Framework could be made more accessible and that organisations need more support to complete the register. The ADR makes several recommendations to this effect.
The research reports
Curious about all the ADR’s findings? Both research reports can be read on open.overheid.nl:

Developing together
The Algorithm Framework helps government organisations deploy algorithms and AI responsibly. It brings together existing laws, rules and practical tools. The register shows which algorithms government organisations use and for what purpose. The Algorithm Framework is developed openly, with room for input from practice. Would you like to contribute?
