The Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations will soon initiate a survey on citizens’ digital resilience. This study is crucial for assessing the effectiveness of policy and understanding how digital resilience impacts security. After all, digital resilience not only involves prevention but also encompasses the ability to recover from and learn from digital incidents.
This research aims to establish measurable targets that more accurately assess the effectiveness of policy measures, such as campaigns, courses, storytelling, and serious games. Additionally, it aims to develop a practical tool, like a fact sheet or evaluation template.
