RADIO (Rijksacademie voor Digitalisering en Informatisering Overheid, the Governmental Academy for Digitalisation and Computerisation of the Government) was set up towards the end of 2017 to help improve the quality of IT-based work in governmental organisations. It aims to give civil servants insight, experience and expertise in the fields of digitalisation and computerization, so that they are equipped to view IT as a part of their job. RADIO does this by allowing civil servants to develop, exchange knowledge and gain hands-on experience. The trainings will not only be conducted in a class setting, but also take the shape of webinars, e-learning or blended learning.
