Information security
A letter was sent to the House of Representatives as part of the Digital Government Agenda “NL DIGIbeter”, about increasing information security at the government.
Importance of information security
As the level of digitalisation increases, so does information security become more important, as digital vulnerabilities and threats are on the rise. Several steps will be taken in the coming years, such as the implementation of the basic standard framework for governmental information security, the Government information security baseline (BIO). Also, the information security standard HTTPS will be made mandatory by law. All these measures are described in the Letter to the House of Representatives.
