Within the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (BZK), the Services Department is dedicated to ensuring that government services are personal, accessible, and reliable. This can be achieved only by addressing the concept of 1-government perception through collaboration with public service providers and private partners dedicated to public missions. After all, they are the ones assisting people every day. The Services Department directs, coordinates, facilitates, shares knowledge, and ensures that collective goals are achieved.
