What is the current status of the Wmebv implementation? The Association of Netherlands Municipalities (VNG) is conducting a study to gain better insight.

How can we ensure that everyone can participate in the digital age? How can we ensure that public services remain accessible to all, including those with complex queries that cannot be easily resolved or those who struggle with digital channels?
Within the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (BZK), the Services Department is dedicated to ensuring that government services are personal, accessible, and reliable. This can be achieved only by addressing the concept of 1-government perception through collaboration with public service providers and private partners dedicated to public missions. After all, they are the ones assisting people every day. The Services Department directs, coordinates, facilitates, shares knowledge, and ensures that collective goals are achieved. In collaboration with public service providers, government-wide service delivery priorities are set, and actions are planned. Currently, the following processes are underway to this end:
